Eatspanda is a SaaS marketplace platform that connects customers with local restaurants and facilitates food ordering and delivery coordination.

Eatspanda acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not provide food preparation or delivery services directly.

Services for Customers

As a customer, Eatspanda allows you to:

• Discover local restaurants and menus

• Place food orders online

• View order status and details

• Communicate with restaurants regarding your order

Food preparation, quality, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

Services for Restaurants (Merchants)

Eatspanda provides restaurants with digital tools to:

• List menus, prices, and availability

• Receive and manage customer orders

• Manage restaurant information

• Accept online payments via Stripe or PayPal

Restaurants receive customer payments directly into their own payment accounts.

Eatspanda currently operates on a subscription-based model for merchants.

Delivery Model

At this time:

• Restaurants are fully responsible for delivery

• Delivery may be handled by the restaurant itself or by drivers arranged by the restaurant

• Eatspanda does not employ drivers and does not perform deliveries

Any future change to the delivery model (e.g. Eatspanda-managed drivers) will be clearly communicated and reflected in updated Terms.

Payments & Pricing

• Payments may be processed via Stripe, PayPal, Cash on Delivery (COD), or other providers

• Eatspanda does not store full payment card details

• Eatspanda charges restaurants a monthly subscription fee

• No commission on orders is currently applied

Refunds & Disputes

• Refund requests must be handled directly by the restaurant

• If a dispute cannot be resolved, Eatspanda may intervene as a mediator

• Eatspanda is not automatically responsible for issuing refunds

Role & Limitations of Eatspanda

Eatspanda:

• Is not a restaurant

• Is not a delivery company

• Does not employ drivers

• Is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or delivery execution
